So yesterday I woke up to abysmal weather, the rain was lashing down and the cold wind was howling. To be honest I had already written the day off for treasure hunting due to the weather, however by
lunch time the sun was starting to break through the clouds and my thoughts turned to getting outside.
I decided that I was going to go try a spot of magnet fishing at a location I spotted whilst walking around the new area that we recently moved to. The area has quite a bit of history in the form of an old railway line and station and also a massive old quarry with 100 hundred yards.
I decided to try magnet fishing directly under the bridge that that trains in the 1800's went over and I quickly started getting a few finds, which made a pleasant change to my usual magnet fishing trips! I ended up staying for a couple of hours and made a handful of finds with my magnets and then decided to call it a day.
I hope you enjoy the video and that you will give it a thumbs up and share :)
Until next time, happy hunting.
